In 2010, I photographed Arcade Fire’s multiple album covers entitled The Suburbs, In collaboration with Arcade Fire as well as the designer Caroline Robert and the art director Vincent Morisset.

• Selection in AMERICAN PHOTOGRAPHY ANNUAL (AI-AP #47) 2011

I photographed these landscapes during a road trip to various suburbs in Texas, followed by a studio shoot in Montreal where the selected suburb images were then projected onto a large screen. The car and band members were positioned in front of the various projected suburban landscapes and I then re-photographed my images with a car in front of them.
